About Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF reads a spreadsheet and renders its cells into a paginated PDF table — a fixed snapshot you can attach to a report or send to someone who does not need the live workbook.
The file is parsed in the browser with SheetJS. Cell values and text carry over; spreadsheet presentation such as conditional formatting, charts and merged-cell styling is not reproduced.
How to use Excel to PDF
- Select an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file.
- Choose which sheet to convert if the workbook has more than one.
- Check the detected rows and columns.
- Download the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Are charts and formatting included?
No. The conversion carries cell values and text into a table. Charts, conditional formatting and cell styling are not rendered.
What happens to formulas?
The calculated value stored in the file is used, not the formula itself — the same thing you see in the spreadsheet.
