About Organize PDF

Organize PDF renders a thumbnail of every page so you can see the whole document at once. Move pages into a new order and drop the ones you do not need — the usual fix for scans that came out in the wrong sequence, or documents padded with blank separator sheets.

Thumbnails are rendered locally with pdf.js and the rebuilt document is assembled in the browser, so the file never travels over the network.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. Open the PDF you want to reorganize.
  2. Wait for the page thumbnails to render.
  3. Move pages into the order you want, and mark any unwanted pages for removal.
  4. Save the reorganized PDF to download it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the original file modified?

No. A new document is built from your changes and downloaded as a separate file. The PDF on your disk is untouched.

Why are thumbnails slow to appear on large documents?

Every page is rendered on your own device rather than on a server. A few hundred pages takes a moment, but it means the document is never uploaded.
