Turning a PDF back into editable slides is not built yet. A PDF page has no concept of a title placeholder, a bullet list or a slide layout, so a genuinely editable deck has to infer all of that structure — and getting it wrong produces a deck that is more work to fix than to rebuild.

If you only need the pages as slide backgrounds, PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG will render them, and those images can be dropped straight into PowerPoint.
